On this weeks TMA, Mat and Tom talk more Pokémon and other excellent Switch games like The Messenger & Save Me Mr. Tako! What do we think of these charming retro inspired games? Well, tune in and find out!
On a long over due TMA cast, the boys discuss HARD HITTING NEWS. What news? Well, Sony pulling out of E3, The Playstation Classic and other things long not cared about… They’ve also been playing Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu – Which would have been pretty relevant, if Mat hadn’t forgotten to post this podcast…
It’s time for the 200th episode of Tom & Mat Attack! The boys talk Star Link, Moon Walker and Super Mario Wii U! Beyond that, the boys reflect on the 200 podcasts- 5 years of nattering about games! Things get a bit real, but here’s to 200 more!
They’re back in one room! For one night only (well, the next two months at least…) we’ll be back in the shack, sat across a table and moaning about games, just like old times! Mat’s been playing Minit and going to the library, while Tom’s been playing the Soul Calibur Network Test, some Star Wing on his Super Retron HD and some Silent Hill! Beyond that, we talk about the rumoured Game Boy phone case, moan about the Switch pre-Christmas line up and just generally have a natter… Ahhh, we’ve missed this!
Have a guess what we’re doing in the wake of the Playstation Classic announcement? Playing a little guessing game as to what’s on the console! Besides that, Tom’s finally beaten a video game he’s been playing for 5 years, Mat’s salivating over a Katamari Port and we get the low down on EGX 2018. Cor! That’s a lot for one podcast for sure! You’re welcome internet!
On yet another TMA, the boys discuss more than the latest episode of strictly and haiku’s! Tom’s been playing some Tetris (and quilting), but also finding Yakuza Kawami to be less than what was promised in terms of Shenmue succession. Mat’s been playing some Donut County and forcing things into holes… Beyond that, the boys debate the length of games, discuss some of their favourite retro retailers and have a good old natter about originality in games!
On this week’s TMA, the boys finally hash out a debate 2 years in the making! Shenmue Vs. Yakuza! We talk about what we love in the games, what we hope will be their futures and the merits of English Vs. Japanese voice acting! Besides that, Mat’s been to Paris video game hunting and Tom’s had busy thinking of a Haiku to describe his feelings on Sonic 2 for the Master System! Yup, it’s quite a podcast!
It’s time for another TMA! This week, the boys discuss what they’ve been upto, the ethics of emulation, pine over gaming manuals and break down the PAL NES Regions. Of course, there’s the regular tom & mat foolery, as well as the boys talking about their bought and played games! Cor!
Another week, another podcast! This week we get into Mat’s distaste for the Mega Drive, Tom’s love of Tetris for the NES and a look at what we’ve been buying and playing! Tom’s on the Shenmue hype train, while Mat’s been slumming it with some Hollow Knight! Something for everyone we think!
By Joe, they’re not dead! After touring around Europe, Mat finally has time to sit down in front of a microphone. After picking up many a thing and floozing with Sonic The Comic celebrities, Tom Parry is ready to let it spit. We talk E3, life and everything in between in the return of regular TMA Casts!
On this week’s TMA, Mat and Tom catch up on what’s been happening! Mat’s been knee deep in Yakuza 6 & some WayForward GBC favourites, while Tom’s been playing some Death Road to Canada, all kinds of Tetris and a little bit of Kinect! Also sorry if there’s an echo in the audio, we’ll fix it in the next episode!
On last month ago’s TMA, Mat promises to upload the podcast before he goes off on his stag do and forgets! Listen to this time capsule of a podcast, where Mat discusses Yakuza 6’s impending release, a trip to Copenhagen over a month old and many more blasts from the past! Tom picked up games you’ve no doubt seen on a Parry Pick Ups and played some games besides it! Ohhh, it’s a mystery!
On this week’s TMA, Mat has been playing all things Yakuza (again)! Starting with some more of the Yakuza 6 Demo, before he got his greasy mitts on Hotoku Ga Gotoku and played that to death! Other than Ni No Kuni 2, (spoiler warning in the podcast!), Tom gets down to some Tekken 7 and embraced his life as a ‘casual gamer’ by buying a Kinect!
On yet another TMA, the boys get down to what you’ve all been waiting for, Yakuza 6 Demo talk! We go a little further by recommending out favourite Beat Takeshi movies, Tom trying to remember the plot based off of Mat’s endless rambling about the series and a lot more besides! Tom’s also found himself in the loving arms of The Witcher 3, Tomb Raider and Assault Gunners HD. Mat on the other hand has yet again be cheating the ‘no new games’ rule, as well as playing the Kirby Star Allies demo! It’s a lot to get on with, so let’s get on with it!
On this week’s TMA, the boy’s talk in depth about story! Mat is tired with Triple A experiences and has brought along an essay to support his claim. Tom spoils the new Tomb Raider (and rates it a 6…) and the boys discuss the art of FMV games after Mat got stuck into Late Shift. Temperamental PAL SNES’s aside, it’s all about that narrative!
On yet another TMA, the boys dive straight into the recent Nintendo direct as alas, Mat has played 0 games this week! He’s not bought any either! Besides this shocking revelation, Tom’s been picking up a new SNES to enable his dirty Tetris Attack addiction, as well as playing some Tank!Tank!Tank! on the Wii U. Remember that thing? You know, the console all the Switch games came from…
On this week’s TMA, Mat has been battling the flu and the urge to stop playing HAL Lab’s excellent new Part Time UFO. Tom on the other hand has been playing a little of Dragon Age 2, Kirby Star Allies and missing free copies of Yakuza 6. Besides that, the boys get on their soap boxes about photocopied covers and ‘GOTY’ editions (well, in this case ‘Arcade Editions’). It’s a funny old world!
Tom’s been given a platform! He chooses to use it as place to voice his grievances not with global politcal issues, but naturally, the state of the current generation of consoles. Besides this long debate (and unfortunately uneditable background cat noises), MAt’s been on Monster Hunter World again, picking up some PS1 games and getting a first class ticket to Update City!
After a week away, the boys are back to tempt your ears with another episode of Boyographic! Apart from the usual bought and played games, the boys discuss life, the Duke Nukem movie as well as celebrity sport titles. Standard!
